Day trip Kilimanjaro hiking tour

Overview

This tour takes you to the highest mountain in Africa and the highest self-standing mountain. The hike only it’s a day trip and all meals are provided in that day. It’s just like a day exercise just 4 hours hike.

    Itinerary

    • Day 01: Mandara Huts

      6.00 am Early after breakfast in Aarusha / Moshi at your accommodation.7.00 am you will be picked up and start heading to Kilimanjaro National Park, Hiking to Mandara Hut (2-2.30 hours’ drive). Registration and ascend trekking tour. Lunch at picnic site at 1.00 pm. at evening 15.00pm start heading to Arusha via Moshi.

      We start the day continuing through the forest until the trail opens into high moorland Walk through the rainforest to the Mandara Huts. A side trip to Maundi Crater is a good way to see the surroundings including Northern Tanzania and Kenya. In the rainforest, look for towering Eucalyptus trees, bird life, and Colobus monkeys.
